007 sucks!!!
Somebody needs to fix this crap! This is getting old.Spend alot of $$ for these games .Half the time keep getting 007s.

Nothing wrong with thier answer. The first thing you want to do(if a large company like ANet) is make sure its not a client-side problem. Basically, fix your crap(if not working) is the first step.
If it IS a server-side problem, theyd have to to the same type of stuff they ask you to do, then, if that doesnt work, they need to examine the programming to see whats causing the error, if it is the program(could be some routing problem, maybe the ISPs the one with a problem. If its the program(patch needed), they need to design it, test it, and make sure it doesnt cause new errors. Its not a "Throw the Make Internet Connection Work switch" situation.

If you are having connectivity issues, contact support and work through it with them. They'll be able to determine if it is on your end, your ISP, one of the nodes your connection is going through, or their servers.
